Learn, investigate and contribute together.
Born from academic research, İz Sür is now growing as an independent platform with an open method. Publications, organisation reviews, the Green Explorer Guide and the sustainability glossary form İz Sür’s existing knowledge base. We want readers to move from a concept to a real review, and from a claim to its source.

In 2024–2025, “İz Sür: Sürdürülebilirliğin İzini Süren Platform (izsur.org)” — a platform tracing sustainability — was carried out at Başkent University with support from TÜBİTAK 2209-A. Berkay Karakaya and Ezgi Kaçıral were the project co-leads, with Prof. Dr. Hanife Andaç Demirtaş Madran as academic advisor. This research history forms part of İz Sür’s approach to sourced publishing and organisation reviews.

We are developing Sfenks to help researchers and small teams compare claims, sources and reporting periods across reports. Bring supporting evidence and open questions together, and prepare assessment drafts for human review.
We are developing an AI-assisted approach to organising public sources, separating claims and preparing assessment drafts for human review. It is part of the publishing and learning ecosystem; the current explorable example uses fictional data.
